McGill Farm offers boarding for your horses at very affordable rates and providing the very best in care. McGill Farm owner and manager are resident on the property, allowing for 24 hour / day supervision. We offer Full Care and Pasture Boarding.

Full Care:

Includes horses being fed and cared for twice per day.
Each horse will have a designated pasture to be turned out into during the day to graze and “just be a horse” with plenty of room to romp and play.
Stalls are 12x 12 with varying degrees of sliding doors for summertime ventilation or closed tight against winter time storms.
Fee is $385/month. Also, we have several Oversized Stalls avaliable, call for current rates.

Pasture board:

Pasture care is available with horses having access to plenty of grass and free choice hay thru out the day with the option of feed being furnished.
Fee is $300 without feed or $350 with feed.

McGill Farm offers a discount if your horse can be used for lessons.

McGill Farm also offers short term boarding for your horses.
Short Term Boarding

We provide quality lessons in groups or individually.

Our groups are limited to 4 per class. Each class runs for one hour.

We focus on safety first, and a well balanced centered seat, creating the foundation for safe, fun, riding.
We offer Western riding focusing on a variety of areas from the fast paced, playdaying to Parelli based ground work.

Group rates are $45/ per individual lesson or six for $200 using our horses.

Group rates on your own horse are $30 per lesson or $150 for six.

Private lessons are $50/hour on your own horse or $65/hour on our horse.

Looking for a great gift for the horse person in your life, McGill Farm offers Gift Certificates for lessons and summer camps. Gift Certificates are not just for beginners. Use them for anyone that wants to build confidence and better horsemanship!

All persons interested in lessons at McGill Farm are required to complete and submit the following form prior to the start of their first lesson.

We have horse back riding, paddle boating, row boating, soccer, fishing, volleyball, rope swing, games, line dancing and of course arts and crafts!!!

Did we mention swimming??? Oh yeah!! Swimming too!!!
We invite you to come on out for a fun filled week full of adventure.

McGill Farm provides a full Summer Camp staff. We offer CPR certified and First Aid certified personnel ready for a fast paced week of fun.

Have a camper who doesn’t enjoy horses? No worries, we offer the same fun camp at a reduced fee.

McGill Farm does offer limited transportation for $50 which is available from the following areas Plano/Allen/Frisco/McKinney.

If you would like to attend our Summer Camp programs please download and complete the following forms. McGill Farm requires one form for each camper as well as each parent or guardian that may be attending activities.

2012 Camp weeks are June 4th, June 11th and July 9th. Fees are $300/child per week. Transportation is available for an additional $50/week. Horse boarding to bring your own horse is $50/week. A non-refundable deposit of $100 guarantees your spot. Deposits are now being accepted. Limit of 16 campers per week.
